Dissociated Enlightenment and Embodied Enlightenment
/Trigger warnings.
This is just my opinions and musings.
Engaging with a thought experiment.
Pretty sure that there is a thing called, “enlightenment”.
Just not too sure what it is.
Lots of people pointing to a thing, usually a live human being doing something, and slapping the “enlightenment” label on them.
What might Dojo say about, “enlightenment”?
First of all, there are two major forms of enlightenment, “dissociative” and “embodied”.
Dissociative enlightenment.
Think of becoming enlightened as going on a trip.
Dissociative enlightenment is when you go on the trip and don’t take along some of your chakras.
Adolescents are very fond of this version.
Adolescent masculines tend towards up an out, getting so close to the experience of primal consciousness that their character is so far away that there is no more grasping. “Towards a point of consciousness.”
Adolescent feminines tend towards down and in, getting so close to primal sensation that their character is so far away that there is no more grasping. “Towards sensation.”
Embodied enlightenment is when you take all of you, all of your chakras with you.
Now, to take them with you, you have to be able to KOOD them.
You can’t take something with you that you haven’t Known, Owned, Outed and Danced with.
You can’t take some part of what it is to be a human being, repress it, and then do the embodied enlightenment thing.
In Dojo, there is no “way that you should be”.
You can make your life about anything you want to make it about.
So there is no, “Dojo is about getting off the samsaric wheel.”
You can make it about that, if you want to.
It’s just one more way of living a human life.
Personally, I enjoy dancing with those who have KOODed with all of their chakras.
That is most def a personal preference.
